Why was this forum created?

It was created to more effectively tell friends and family about The Veterans Coming Home Center. It is located at 806 North Jefferson Ave. in Springfield, MO 65802. Their phone number is 417-866-3363.

It is a homeless center that helps homeless vets (and others). I urge you to stop by and visit it sometime.

Due to the awareness that there are others who help the homeless who are falling through the cracks in the system, this forum is not limited to homeless vets or the VCHC in Springfield, although that is the main focus.

If you feel there isn't a place for you to post what your group is doing to help the homeless, please let me know and we'll figure out a way to create a space for you.
